*GOVERNOR UZODIMMA TO SKILL-UP IMO GRADUATES* 

√: I am extremely delighted. I commend you for the enterprising spirit you have exhibited and your commitment to be an entrepreneur within the digital technology family.
√: Few months ago I made a promise that Imo youths must look different anywhere they are seen in the world, and that promise I'm working very hard to keep to it.

√: We will be graduating 15,000 youths. I have gone further to negotiate with European Union companies, and Canadian companies. They are sending us special areas of digital skills which our youths will also learn.

√: We must say bye bye to poverty. We want you to be entrepreneurs. We want you to be gainfully employed. We want you to be bread winners of your families. And if you do that, there will be prosperity in Imo State.
√: Not only that we are graduating 15,000, we will be admitting another 40,000. If our youths are strong and earning a living, it means Imo State is strong and living is guaranteed.

√: I want you to be bold. I want you to be courageous. I want you to be proud to say you are from Imo State.

√: In our march to develop our state to look like a modern economy state, we will do everything possible within our reach to encourage our youth population.

In developed countries, local authorities normally go beyond the normal defence and policing structure to embrace and incoporate the citizens as part of the security architecture, working closely together across all areas that contribute to security.
