▪Imo State Government to launch it's security outfit on the 30th of November 2021.

> Outfit will be a combination of the local vigilante organisations and the Community Policing network.

▪Development Centres to be reconstituted and reactivated.

> Numbers of Development Centres to be increased from 44 to 50.

> Town Union Presidents  will be members of Development Centres where the community falls into.

> The involvement of Town Union Presidents meant to bring government closer to the people.

▪ These were disclosed by the Honourable Commissioner for Information Declan Emelumba while briefing the press after todays State Executive Council meeting.
